With over eight years of experience mastering the art of smoking meats, Tom McCraw combines culinary expertise with a deep commitment to his faith. A devoted follower of Christ for more than two decades, Tom brings a heartfelt approach to every aspect of his craft, ensuring that every meal he serves is of the highest quality.

Recognized by many as one of the humblest pitmasters, Tom operates his smoker—and his ministry—with passion, care, and a servant's heart. Guided by his faith, he strives to serve others in the way God calls His people to lead: with love, excellence, and humility.

Whether you're savoring his perfectly smoked creations or witnessing his dedication to serving the community, Tom's work reflects his mission to bring people together through exceptional food and heartfelt service.

Crystal McCraw, Tom's wife does all the behind the scenes work from putting the orders on the calendar, keeping track of the grocery list, making sure the cook is healthy and has eaten during the busy times. She's the ultimate taste tester to all the wonderful new recipes Tom cooks and raves about his food to all her friends! 

Mal McCraw, the oldest of the kids is in college and away from home most of the year so she helps with the ministry by running the social media platforms, keeping track of the orders and editing all the photos, etc. Anything that is done on a computer is done by her. 

Our History 

What started as a family meal/hobby soon turned into a requested product by friends when Tom had some friends try his smoked goods at life group or at football get togethers at his house.

Months later, he was getting requests from people to have his smoked meat for their family gatherings at the holidays. A friend reached out and asked him to cater an employee appreciation lunch event, even though he had never done this big of an order before he said yes and started planning to feed over 100 people. After this event, the ministry kept getting orders for events that friends wanted the ministry to cater for.

Next thing he knew, a simple hobby became a ministry that served other people.
